something that represents me - a Chinita who loves to do her spicy Salsa

provide exciting choreographies and sizzling performances

SCD Projects also provide workshops,

NYSalsababy Dance Dream
is a junior dance team
consist of Cynthia's brightest students and fun-loving
Salsa addicts who dedicates to the art of Salsa dancing.
Under Cynthia's direction,
this junior dance team has performed at various charity functions, fund-raiser
events
and local communities throughout NYC.
NYSalsababy Dance Dream is truly a dream come true for
Cynthia and her students. In 15-weeks, not
only did evreyone get intensive training in spinning, styling, open shines and
partner work, they brought a choreographed routine to live by dedicating
themselves to the demands of performing and the art of Salsa dancing.

join our performance team. NO AUDITIONS needed...
NYSalsababy Dance Dream is always looking for gals and guys to join our
growing team. If you have the hunger to learn more and the drive to be a better
dancer, then you're a right candidate. As long as you can lead and follow well,
have solid basics and can handle double spin turns, we'll train you to become
even better dancers and entertaining performers.
Basic requirement to be on the student performance team is to
join our weekly Salsa 3 Intermediate classes or our
15-week Performance Workshops offered twice a year: September to December
(performance in late December & January) and from February to May (performance
in late May & June). The cost is $300 for 15-week, and drop-ins are welcome to
try out a single class for $25.
Each 15 weeks,
students will learn a choreographed routine incorporating all aspects of
Salsa/Latin dance techniques: styling, spinning, body movements, open shines &
turn pattern partner work. After 15 weeks' of intensive training, students will
perform as a recital team at NYSalsaFiesta Parties. And students who are
selected to be on NYSalsababy Dance Dream will be invited to weekly rehearsals and
will perform at scheduled Mambo socials and Salsa dance venues.

Training. This workshop is open to solid
intermediate students who have completed two consecutive Salsa 2 courses or have
at least one year experience in club-style Salsa On2 dancing.
