I am Japanese and have been dancing Salsa for less than two years. I took my first salsa class from a Japanese teacher who had moved to LA and my friend recommended Cynthia's class. Finally, I met the best teacher for my tastes. I love Cynthia's style, and her classes are always fun and friendly.

Taking Cynthia's performance class has been very exciting and challenging. It has taken me to a new level. Hard work, but lots of fun!

I like the group because of the gatherings are fun, but that is just one aspect. What I really like is Cynthia as a dance teacher. While other places just taught me steps, she pushed me learn how to lead, which is something I didn't find in other places. This is why I keep coming back.

Your group lesson instruction was the best I've been to. You very quickly get to two areas that I haven't seen in any other group class. I'm a musician and always thought that the numbering of the steps (123, 567) a little confusing, but I found your explanations very useful.

I would be remiss if I didn’t thank you for the pleasure I received in watching your performance.

Your leader certainly gave you the confidence to do a great job. In the few times that I came to learn the routine, I could see the patience and enthusiasm of Cynthia would make the performance a success. I wish I could have performed as well.

Everyone enjoyed the magical and mystical performance. I certainly did. The energy level, timing, precision and coordination were fantastic. The performer’s pulchritude was highlighted by their black and red outfits. I give it 6 stars, two thumbs up!!!
